Highlights of the discussion:

• The DILG CAR as the chair of the cluster presented the overview of the Executive Order No. 15 to provide a brief background on the creation of the cluster.
• The PNP-PROCOR have continuously conducted drug awareness lectures, distribution of IEC materials and sharing of anti-illegal drug infographics through social media. The PNP-PROCOR have organized Speakers Bureau Organization (SBO) to conduct lectures and seminars.
• TESDA CAR shared the success stories of PWUDs who are given free skills training. 16 drug surrenderers in Abra now makes a living by producing hollow blocks. Said group are now one of the hollow block suppliers and are in the process of completing an order with a total of 2,650 pieces hollow blocks
