Highlights of discussion:

• PDEA CAR and DILG CAR presented updates on the conduct of the online orientation on DDB Regulation No. 7, series of 2019 which was conducted on June 11 and 18, 2021. Total of 761 participants have attended the activity composed of a)BADAC Members, b)Barangay Health Workers, c)City/Municipal Chiefs of Police and d)PNP personnel in charge of monitoring drug surrenderers.
• DOH CAR focused on the Mapping study of drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation facilities and services in CAR.
• The DSWD CAR have also conducted orientation on Yakap Bayan to various municipalities in the region. The Yakap Bayan Program is a cyclical rehabilitation and reintegration framework for strategic and coordinated provision of services to Recovering Persons Who Used Drugs (RPWUDs), their families.
