MALUNGON, Sarangani (April 17, 2021) – Mayor Maria Theresa Constantino (2nd from left) turns over certificates of completion to 29 Persons Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) during their graduation rites and turn-over of the new Balay Silangan Reformatory Center on April 14 at Purok Maliwanag, Barangay Poblacion. The PWUDs are among the 2nd and 3rd batches of former drug dependents who have already completed their reformatory care at Balay Silangan on March 2020, but were unable to do formal graduation rites because of the pandemic. These PWUDs also completed their training from the free technical course offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
