To reinforce the directive stipulated in Executive Order No. 66, Series of 2018, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea issued Memorandum Circular No. 53, Series of 2018 which reminded government agencies to take an active role in the government’s anti-illegal drugs campaign.  To effectively fulfill the role of the PADS-PMO in the implementation of the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy, in consideration of the existing pandemic and other unpredicted health and safety challenges, the DDB procure 1,000 DDB Essentials (Health and Safety Kits) for the First (1st) Quarter of FY2021 last 10 February 2021. DDB Essentials (Health and Safety Kits) shall be given to the participants from various stakeholders as a minimum health and safety practice during the conduct of the PADS programs and activities.
