On July 14, 2023, personnel of PDEA Regional Office I, led by IA V Seymoure Darius Sanchez, Assistant Regional Director, attended the inauguration of the 10th Balay Silangan Reformation Center (BSRC) in the Province of Ilocos Sur, located at Barangay San Agustin, Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
Present during the event were Hon. Eric D Singson, City Mayor; Hon. Kristelle G Singson, City Vice Mayor; Ms. Aprille Regina P Guerrero, CLGOO; PLTCOL SIMON DAMOLKINS, DPDO, Ilocos Sur PPO; Ms. Cynthia Benito, DILG Ilocos Sur representative; MADAC Members, and other stakeholders from different agencies.
