The Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing, Deliberation, Validation and Verification was conducted on December 13, 2023 at Bangar, La Union.
The deliberation was presided by the Regional Director of PDEA, Director III Joel B. Plaza.
Present during the deliberation were DIR III Joel B Plaza, RD, PDEA Regional Office I; Leslie Carol L Isip, LGMED Asst Division Chief, DILG RO1; PCOL Christopher T Acop, DRDO, PNP PRO1; Ms Helen Posilero, MPH, RN, RM, DOH; Mr Norman V Ramos- Pangasinan LGU Representative; Ms Julie Ann A Arciaga, La Union LGU Representative, and Hon Art Constantine U Oandasan- Ilocos Sur LGU Representative.
21 barangays were declared Drug free. 5 barangays from Pangasinan, 8 from La Union, 5 from Ilocos Norte and 3 from Ilocos Sur.
